Rocket = arugula. Real name is Ruccula
 
We eat pretty ruccula, I like. You can make a dessert. Rocket, balsamic, olive oil and parmesan cheese in flakes, salt and pepper. So you eat in Italy.
 
I had a little of that Bourbon Maple glaze that I made for my salmon left so I decided it couldn't go to waste.  Still hungry too so WIN!
 
I should mention that I used HBD's Pit Seasoning as the rub on the steaks, and Pepper's Bourbon Maple Seasoning on the shrimps.

Well he could have at least given me some Aussie love or something!  Fuhgeddaboutit.  I am gonna jump back and kiss myself 3 times anyway.
 
I rocked that steak harder than Chinese rithmetic in a steel panitentiary!  
 
I am actually proud of myself for making that on this piece of crap.  I hadn't been able to make a proper steak since my old grill died.  I finally figured out all the hotspots on this one so I could get the sear I was looking for.
 
Yup looks real good. God a nice crosshatch sear without any crumbly char and juicy!
