I so rarely eat meat but man do I have jones for a ribeye right now. It's my favorite steak. Blue scheeze on a steak?

Eff yeah times two!!
 
My favorite local grocer had a big meat sale going on this week, which included bogo Texas Rib Steaks. Basically, a bone-in ribeye. So... I broke down and bought a couple. Here is one. Marinade is pretty much the same as the NY Strip I made a few days ago.

Damn J. That's the kinda steak that never even makes it to the plate round here.
You just cut into it on the cutting board and everyone gathers around with their fingers and devours it.

And then has a plate of cold potatoes later.
 
That one is a tad blurry too Jay, I think we need six or seven more pictures from different angles of that there beautimus steak pron!

You may well find that if you stop using BP, all your pics will suddenly become crisp and clear, and your food will taste better, too.... ;)

Perfectly cooked though, perfectly.
 
You know G, I am almost positive that no BP was harmed in the cooking of that steak. Let me check the ingredients of that rub. Nope, no black pepper listed in the ingredients. I think I must have just been shaking with anticipation for eating that masterpiece.
 
Cmon, where is everyones food pics this week of anything. I'm on a 30 day health kick..... haha and still tryin to post.

BIG ribeye tonight, dusted with Merlot Salt, HIPPY STYLE, sweet potato chips, asparagus, mushrooms and a Green Smoothie for a drink. Yep little bit Hippy, might as well be drinking wheatgrass straight up!!
