JT, have you checked that temp gauge using another source. I found my made in China one that was built in was 100 to 150 degrees off.
Steak looks great, Jayt.
Before I even saw who posted that, it landed on the pic of the plated steak, and based on that plate alone, I knew who it was.
When I can start recognizing peoples pics based on kitchenware, I know its time to step away from the computer!
