I love posting my food pics, makes me think more about what I'm doing and take more care. I don't like always posting in Drunken Chef. Im not always drunk!

So I'm starting a Flog. May not always be Sunday, but that's where we are today so without further ado...

Asian pork chops!

Brine - brown sugar, salt, ginger, black pepper and dried chultepenos.

All together and in the fridge.

I ain't scared of that wonderful looking bowlful of hotnessessess.
 
I'd strip down to my boxers and go all Magic Mike 'n sheeit on it.
 
I'd throw down a hoedown of generous and plentiful cheddar schredded scheeze on it and splooge lime or avo crema' all over it.
 
And limes a' squeezin'.
