Yeah different people taste things different turkey is very distinct to me to the point I don't like it too much always preferred chicken better, turkey being a bit funkier/gamier tasting, rather have BBQ chicken or cornish hen even on Thanksgiving. ;)

oooh smoked cornish hens   :drooling:
 i haven't had those in a couple years...
Last time we did ribs, and polish sausage,and two hens, and it still took up hardly any space in the beast-smoker  :onfire:

Yeah! Mainly that slightly metallic taste beef has. Chelsea hates it...I love it. :)
