Nice meal? Where da spice, this is The Hot Pepper, not The Bell Pepper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A great quality steak like this one only requires salt and pepper.

No heat this time. The only reason I grilled sausage was because my wife hates any sort of beef.

holy hell... are meat balls just tiny meat loafs?

Recipe:

2 Tbsp olive oil
1 yellow onion (chopped)
1 green bell pepper (chopped)
2 cups cauliflower florets
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp cumin
1 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cayenne powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 15oz can black beans (rinsed)
1 14oz can tomato sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

In a large pan heat oil and sauté pepper, onion and garlic until soft.  Add cauliflower and cook with lid on for 5-8 min (stirring occasionally).  Add cumin, chili powder, cayenne, cinnamon and salt.  Cook 2 min (stirring occasionally).  Stir in peas, tomato sauce, soy sauce, water, brown sugar and vinegar.  Reduce heat and simmer (with lid off) until cauliflower is tender.  Serve with biscuts or cornbread.

I added a red bell pepper to this recipe tonight for some color.

Enjoy everyone!
