I made a coffee cake with a crumble topping this afternoon.  It's eighty degrees outside and now the inside of the house is a lovely eighty six thanks to the oven. I've been waiting for temps like this since November!!

Oh that looks the goods.  Love coffee based desserts

Per coffee cake nice! Streusel looks perfect. #nopickle?

PS. Coffee cake and powdered donuts powdered sugar, yes, but stop sprinkling it on every damn dessert at restaurants. And actually I like coffee cake sans powdered sugar... a la Drake's lol.

I'm a big fan of that and the topping on dutch apple. I get angry if I don't get crumblies on my apple pie. Only way to eat it. Those crumb donuts aren't bad either. I'm ok with sans the powdered sugar. It's just messy and doesn't add much to a dish.

FYI....they're just as good as all-beef burgers.

Lies!!!! when I was loosing weight I ate loads of chicken and turkey in place of beef. Nothing is ever as good as beef. I still can't even think about eating turkey burgers. Bleh! ok actually that one looks pretty good ... but still!

Here's a turkey, arugula, avocado and goat cheese Panini on cracked wheat sourdough that I made a couple weeks back.  I can't wait to make these again now that the weather is starting to heat up here in Oregon.

I didn't make this but it is worthy of sharing with all of you guys.  This is a lamb heart skewer that I had at an upscale Japanese restaurant back in april.  Out of all the dishes my wife and I ordered this was the by far the best.
