Just a quickie....vodka is getting to me....behold stuffed burgers...

Somehow I managed to post all this from my I phone...

It's a Serrano pepper and habanero cheese stuffed burger

Topped with bacon and sriracha infused ketchup and habanero

Mustard...and some tater tots and corn..drink is vodka and Ginger ale

What a mess of a post...cheers to drunken chef!!!

Thanks for the comments! Stuffed burgers rock, the gooey mess of molten cheese that comes out when you bite in is epic. I got a stuffed hamburger press as a gift and finally put it to use last night. You can find them for like $12 at Williams Sonoma. Yeah I know you can do it yourself but everytime I tried that they always oozed all over the grill when cooking. The press seals it around the egdes really good so I experienced no burger drippage on this attempt

Thanks..this weekend should be interesting. Headed to OBX for a family vacation but still plan on participating in the throwdown. I figure oceanfront throwdown pics may garner an extra vote or three! 

And I decided to drunken chef post two nights in a row.....

Some steak on sale at kroger with broccoli and shrimp that I wrapped in tinfoil and covered with CaJohns Fire Dust and threw on the grill.

Almost forgot the beer!
