i wash the chicken with half of beer and put ( brown sugar+ salt+ garlic pownder+ cumin+ black pepper) in the chicken
in the beer I add some butter, garlic and the habaneros pepper!
in the end I took the can put the liquid into a saucepan and add ktchup, molase and Worcestershire sauce!!! cook a litle bit!

We do ours on the smoker. Use indirect heat and let it go for several hours. Rub it with some veg oil and a good rub first.
Sometimes we marinate them for a day or 2 before in Mojo.

Now I know what I'm doing this weekend...
