Second, batter blaster. It makes AWESOME waffles. Light, airy, crispy.

Third, everything else you made. Hot, spicy, saucy, and awesome.

Grant.... sweetie..... Frito Pies: 1) bag o' Fritos, ripped open down the side, 1) can o' chile, Hormel or whatever, 1) handful of shredded cheddar cheese, and optionally 1) handful of diced onion. You need a foon (or what some call a spork) to be super-duper-authentic, but all will give a pass if you just use a regular fork or spoon. You could have had Frito Pie like 20 gozillion-billion-trillion times by now..... what's the holdup????? :rofl:

Ok, giving you a hard time aside.... go ahead, slap some of it on a batter-blaster pancake - it's got to be good!

This chili was pressure cooked using smoked top sirloin and it was made w/ a handful of the sickest Moruga's from Rich ... it was VERY hot to begin w/ ... Danielle no likey ...

thanks ya'll ... it was pretty complex w/ the smokiness and all ... but ... I'd pass on the queso anyday for that gourmet jalapeno cheddar w/ peppedew that I had when it was made fresh ... and I sorely missed fresh scallion ...

i agree, though, it's quintessential DC ... 3 hrs later now, i'll start to work finally ...

and ... we don't even have a liquor cabinet ... the freezer always has: either a bottle of patron silver or hornitos, a bottle of luksusowa vodka (or a challenger), and often a small jager flask size bottle for when i want to throw myself a curve ball ... the bottom row of the fridge always has frangelico and kahlua, so i can take my vodka towards either cake shots or white russians ... of late, we've had caravello or meyer liquor or licor 43 or moscato for D ... there's really nothing besides what you've seen tbh ...

it's been a good night, despite the fact that i'm chained to my desk ... and i'm planning to bring something new to the table later this week or over the weekend ... some transcontinental DC debauchery ...

but for now ... the +1, numero tres, for the win ...

Kind of a potential career changer.
They offered, I couldn't say no.
Even though it's on friggin SATURDAYS during football season.

Whatever. I hope this gives me great reason to up my dc ante for Saturday nights this fall.
