Sadly I will be drinking DFH Punkin and doing a fish fry with fresh Mahi and Grouper. Too much brown to take a picture of with fries but man I make some bangin cocktail sauce!

Punkin punkin punkin! I haven't had a single one yet this season. And ONLY because I choose not to. I been buyin em, but sittin on them. So come time when they are running out of the pumpkins in stores, I will have a stock pile. By the time halloween is here, stores are out. But, I will not be >=)

I made some frijoles burritos.
Frijoles, cause I made the beans in that style. And grilled stuff'd because I craved Taco Bell's Grilled Stuffed Buritto.

I got da beans and the brew. I'm already a head of the game..

I am an hour from Rehoboth and yes I saw the release yesterday. I'll be down there this weekend drinking it at the bar after an all day surf session. Tartar has its place but I make some killer cocktail sauce. The breading had my Tri-Thai blend in it so nice heat as well.

I have a ton of DFH in the basement, stuff from 2010 and 2011. DFH 120 right down the line. I do the same thing and stock pile but I am so close to where it is made I can get plenty.

Cocktail sauce has ketchup, hot horseradish, Worcestershire, lemon juice, white pepper, hot sauce and white vinegar. I need to package and sell this stuff. :)

HTH - I'm a meat guy, but I think that looks well enough to enjoy without it ... nice.

Honestly, I would have preferred meat for this one. I was wanting pork, but also I wanted to share with my girl, so this was the route I was forced to go. It turned out to be I had no regrets though. This was just as satisfying as any burrito made with meat.

It sucks cause If I want to be able to share what I cook, I never really get a chance to cook meat dishes, so I sort of have to be more innovated to keep eatin my favorite shiit.

I love burittos and it doesn't appear to be stopping any time soon!

Mexican style cookin is theee stuff. Mex, tex-mex, latin american, cuban... bring it on!
 
Methinks some oven q beef Ribbie's are in store for this weekend. Just sayin.
I'm workin 6 days a week until Christmas, so Saturday when the gators play will be relaxn and cook time.

No promises of the cheffery, but i will definitely be drunken!

I like Blue Moon, I like Harpoon's hefe, I like Negro Modelo, I like Dead Guy Ale (especially the pimpin' version that comes in the red bottle), Cigar City's Bolita Brown & Marshall Zhukov, and then I'll drink Murphy's or Guiness, so ...

And that's really about it to be honest ... that's all I like from having tried hundreds of singles from Total Wine ...

I have a feeling I would like Goose Island's Bourbon County- still looking for someone to send me some!
