What a mess!

The cans rusted weirdly and I had to toss them, and clean the sous vide ...

Maybe I'll buy an American brand next time? ...

Actually, next time I'll just open the cans into sous vide bags and then there won't be a BPA issue either ...

I'll be thinking about dulce de leche until then ...
 
You can do dulce de leche in a pressure cooker. It only takes a few minutes. Look into it.

I have no idea what else is going on there.

beans are 2-3 x's healthier when they are sprouted! in some ways many more times than 2-3 ...

the fatalis are crossed w/ "cleo" ... which is - i think - cleo's dragon or something like that perhaps? ... those came from tweak s. ...

They are just like potatoes you eat but purple. :) Costco sells and awesome bag of gourmet fingerling potatoes that has those in it. You can freak people out by changing the color of dishes with them.
