This'll prolly merge with the previous post, but we'll see-
fresh green beans at the market were the inspiration for this one. It was actually supposed to happen on Friday, but the kid had a friend stay over on Friday, and we did a little Pure Evil Pizza Roulette (that's was interesting! and the 'Dude was NOT a happy camper when he got the winning piece....) and then I forgot to put the chicken in the reefer, so it got thrown out Sat morning.....
OK- so Sunday, with fresh chicken, and a fatalii from my one and only pepper plant......
Playas- also with fettuccine, garlic, chicken broth, BP (sorry, geeme)
dish #1 for Hubby~ with chantrelle and white 'shrooms, shallots, bacon, chicken, green beans, sauteed up in some EVOO, add some broth, BP, fett....
Dish #2 for the 'Kid- bacon, chicken, shallots, green beans, garlic, BP, sauteed up then made into a cream sauce,
and finally.....my plate...with some fatalii (didn't know how hot it was going to be, so I sent a little light on the fatalii. Could of had more...)
half for dinner, half for monday lunch-
MMMmmmmmmmmm we haven't had pasta in quite a while due to the die-yet thang. That was Sooooooo gooood!
