I'll likely never make chili w/ beans again - I used to not ever ...
I have never really liked pasty-stuff filled foods ... lima's ... pea's ... bean's ... undercooked french fry's ... I just don't like that texture in food ...
I grew to incorporate beans for things "diet" minded ... but I'm not sure I believe those maxims at this point, and I know my lower GI tract would prefer not to have to deal w/ the beans at the same time as all the meat and dairy and super hot's ...
That was the last of the round of chili I PC'd a couple of months ago, and the next batch w/ be sans beans fo shizzle ...
I do like the combo of the beef w/ the smoked cubes of shoulder though, that's def getting repeated, as is being pressure-cooked ...
this makes me want to do it ... that or PC some more boston butt ...
