I spoke with SoFlo eariler and they had something up their sleeves but they may still be in the skunkworks. Till they make it out, we'll find their way out depending on how many brew ha has they've had, here's a little FloPo for you to enjoy.
My Sister In Law got a nice tender young doe for us to enjoy this year and some of it was made into hamburger along with some roasts and cube steaks.
Thawed out some of that burger and added some diced onion, fresh cayennes and a bishops crown.
Then into Black Betty.
Added some green beans and Scallioed Potatoes and man that was some good eating.
A little Beam Devils Cut and I was/

I'm w/ muskymojo on the sriracha mayo w/ fries (and tuna, and eggs, and curry, and like ... everything) ...
We DC'd last night but the only thing different about the curry was that we made it in enameled cast iron in less time ... nothing about it would appear different from any number of previous curries for a post, so ...

Speakin of SoFlo man gravy, Sum came over for some debauchery today.
We did a little yard work, cleaned up the back 40, looks real nice.
Got a family pack of skinless drumsticks. Nothing but the best!!!! Marinated in an apple juice bbq/chipotle rub.
Wrapped in bacon, slapped in the oven for a few minutes to get the insides not-raw.
Slathered them with man gravy (soflo syle) and let that sit for a few.
Meantime, drank a ton of beers while we watched the dolphins lose.
Then drank some more when the game was over.
Finally, the legs got a nice char on the coals.
The mrs. whipped up a batch of beer biscuits and some turnip greens.
We had the vinegar pepper sauce ready and some Rocketman Smoked Habapeno. Genius!!!!

Bear just showed up but didn't want to be in a picture...he's a dick like that.
Trust, he's here. And he smells as bad as ever.
I'd check him for ticks, but last time I did that he got a boner.

i've never considered re-wrapping chicken meat in bacon - that's pure brilliance ...
heard somewhere that you can slice the top off an onion and bake it wrapped w/ bacon and foil ... still want to try that, and it might go nicely w/ this as a meal ...

Agreed. That biscuit is huge, and it's half.... and beer, sweet cream butter (or whipped)! Looks divine!
