Henry's was a MUST stop right before every Missions game. Never made it to Chris Madrid's though.
 
If your ever back in SA again there is one place I would highly recommend trying. Ernesto's Restaurant on Jackson Keller Road. He trained as a traditional French Chef, yes fluent in French too, and has taken some traditional French sauces and infused them with Mexican spices to create 9 really awesome sauces and he loves it when you ask him to pick which sauce you'd like the most. The first time we ate there there were 7 of us and within 3 questions each had picked the perfect sauce for us all.

Ok...the Rum is flowing, this is what hit the "Carbon" tonite. "Gentleman Jack" marinaded flank steaks, onions, pep medley including Jamaican Red Habs. Swerved family style with flour tortillas and fresh crema...so I could drink, more. No plating shot, camera put down and the only focusing I'm doing is on my empty glass....and the clock. Football game in 5 minutes....have a great weekend.

Schezuan Chicken Stir Fry

Chicken breast
Bell pepper
Jalapeño pepper
Carrots
Garlic
Yellow BrainStrain powder
Lemongrass basmati rice.

It was tasty to say the least.
