Looks nice.  But I have to ask, what makes one kind of anchovy better than the next?  I've never seen 'em white.  How do they compare with the 99 cent tins? 
 
All I can say is these are ridiculously expensive. $30.00 for a 5.75oz jar. But they are amazing. Beautiful, perfect fillets. If I was served 4 on a plate in a restaurant at $7.00 I would be happy.
Last night on god bread with good butter. Tonight on triskets with mustard. Worth every penny!
