Hey ya'll....I present to you mrs. blues Crab & Cream Cheese Rangoons.

Started it off with a screwdriver. Got some blue swimmer crab, very fresh in the can too! Cream cheese, garlic, wonton sheets, hot oil, and that's it. mrs. blues likes it simple. Here's the goin's on....

Easy peasy construction. Sealed 'em with egg white.

Simple plating. mrs. blues dug these but prefers the smaller wontons.....I am such a loser!

I usually do a slurry of duck sauce and Chinese hot mustard, or that green crap they peddle-off as "wasabi"....that seems to work well for me. ;)
 
Now... here's the grub. Stromboli with mozza, Virginia ham, salami, cappicola, pepperoni, and more mozzarella with some sliced serranos thrown in the middle.
