And now for something completely different....

Had some beef tender I had to use up so...
Sauteed in butter, garlic, yellow onion, shitaki's, tender medallions dredged in flour, dusted with pequin powder.
Deglazed with marsala, added a splooge of cream and reduced. Finished with a little more butter.
Tossed some salad.:lol: Plated it up. SHAZAAM!

Okay...

Cheated a little tonight, as I didn't have any regular white rice.....and the night's theme was all about using existing ingredients....we built around the Zatarains rice pouch...

Paul, that looks good, screaming for a tortilla though. TB funny you made that tonight. I made tender tips with a red wine and mushroom gravy and toast. Sorry didn't take any pics tonight.
