whatcha got on the other side of the coin? =)
Usually an australian marsupial.

The good truffle oil has its place I think but it is no comparison to a meal with fresh truffle as the centrepiece.  Truffle oil still gives some truffle flavour but mostly the aroma, with unsurprisingly, olive oil. I have used it to drizzle on salads and eggs but really is a different product.  If you buy it, try and buy it online from a truffle grower not a supermarket, and get a small bottle that you can use quickly, it doesn't stay good for long.

I believe you would like it too.  Not sure it grows out your way though!

Went to the beach, came home with this.

Anyway here is my Deadliest Catch Banquet from tonight and yes I am shit faced but that is prerequisite for this thread ritee? yes I was drinking like a fish while watching DEADLIIEST CATCH while eating this and drinking several discount Heineken and ciderr cans and bottles.

Where I am moving you ask? I am moving onto a houseboat in Renmark, South Australia... a BBQ and drinking Nirvana... setup a hot plate and the Weber on the back deck and drive your house and moor it infront of the pub...this is no joke you can actually do this ..

Nice job on those eggs.

Cheers man, but you dare insult  the legend that is Heneieken and i will chase you at night in your dreams wielding a broken bottle of Heineken sweetness which I previois;y drank

I hate doing eggs, 98% of the time the bloody yolks spill when I try to fry em.  I did some hard boiled eggs which I enjoyed witth some coold cut ham and Horseradish last night. The one time i got eggs righr lol but was disappoounted in the horseradish, it did not pack a punch like it last time from the same brajnd..

Well, a huge reason I didn't drink beer for a lot of my life is due to the popularity of Heine ...

I kept trying it, and hating it ...

Coupled w/ the assumption that darker colored beers MUST BE stronger, or that it was a popular misconception, anyways ...

I remember my 1st glass of CCB's Marshall Zhukov stout, and the sheer joy that came w/ trying my 1st stout ...

Tonight, old frozen white bread, toasted, rubbed with garlic, leftover bacon, soon to add whatever is in the fridge.

The bacon was leftover from the previous night's BLT. 6 slices on that. Tonight roasting the last of the beach tomatoes with garlic, cayannes and fatali. It's the use them or lose them point.
