First night without the kids in a month and I am considering getting drunk and cooking something.... and taking pictures and posing it for all to see.

NICE Joyners! ShrimpShrimpShrimpShrimp......sorry just channeling a little Keith Floyd~~~~ (check him out if you've never heard of him. He's my Drunken Chef Hero and a big reason I got into crazy-a$$ cooking. Everyone thinks Graham Kerr's the DC....naw...he ain't got nothing on Floyd on Food). And I like the glass you're using. We mix rum-n-oj's in 16 oz pounders~ It's such a pain to get up all the time for refills.
Paulky.....That's some EPIC drunken cheffery!!!! All leftovers, cheese, meat, chewy bread...biohazard powder..... (drool!!!)....... please keep posting! I miss your shenanigans! PS- It's Oktoberfest TD this weekend........feel like some German Potato Salad destruction? xoxo
megamoo.....the point of DRUNKEN cheffery...is...to either plan something EPIC and then get too drunk to execute properly...or to get EPIC-ly drunk and try to cook with whatever's in the cupboard/reefer........ that makes an EPIC drunken cheff post! Either way....gots to have da booze... Hope you enjoy/ed the quiet time~~~
And Thanks for the comments on the dinner 3-way. We don't do pasta or cream sauces very often for that die-yet reason. But, ya know, if you're gonna blow it, might as well blow it all the way.
