I totally dig those things.  I especially like filling them like normal and then wrapping them in a cheese filled soft shell.  I think Taco Bell did one like that called double stuffed or something.  Crap now I want tacos too!  I gotta get off these meds before I gain 50lbs!!!!

 
They are called 'dos capas'.  my go to at our local mexican. Soft tortilla wrapped hard shells with the works and verde sauce... delicious.
