So tonight I'm making Pastor with chicken. I know! it should be pork but it's not. Made with my own pastor marinade.

I don't. But I'm going to attempt to cook it on the grill, high heat at first and low temp til done, to try to get it tender. First time with chicken so we'll see how it turns out.

We were given a Ronco Rotisserie, you know, the "set-it-and-forget-it" guy?
I NEVER would have bought one, but that thing is incredible.
If you ever see one at a yard sale, or the As Seen on TV store, pick it up.
What that thing does to Chicken is pure magic. That's all we use it for.
You could do Prime Rib or any other Rotisserizable meat,
we use our BBQ rotisserie for that but it would do the job.

Can't wait to see what your cookin up now tho.

I would love those pheesh tacos looooooooong time and whole wheat tortillas are definitely a healthy 'thang goin' on.

Carne Asada/Chirizo 50/50 mix
Chihuahua Cheese
Squirt of lime
Two steamed corn tortillas
Cilantro
Onion

And a side of grilled jalapeños or pickled jalapeño/carrot mix

Side of favorite hot sauce

tacos really isnt something you want to lay in. they usually just stick to you and fall on the ground when you get up.

Tilapia filets coated with thai chili powder, habanero powder, cumin, olive oil
and lemon juice.

Aioli with mayo, chipotle chilies in adobo sauce, cumin, cilantro, and garlic.

Spread on toasted tortilla. Top with pan-fried fish, tomato, cilantro and scallions.

Roll and enjoy.

not me - I love tilapia. Those tacos look epic.

Why will they poo poo on the tilapia? I prefer it over a lot of others. Mostly cause of availability and price.
