Apparently Paulie has fallen and bumped his head. There are few things in life better than a fresh batch of biscuits topped with sausage gravy. Don't get me wrong, I do like bacon gravy too, but there is something about a good batch of sausage gravy that just gets me going in the morning. I ate it EVERY DAY when I was in Shreveport.
