I can smoke hot dogs in the microwave if I need to. I have that kinda smoker skill! Smoke ring on oven ribs... no problem. But, for the sake of the throwdown, I do have a legit smoker. Count me in.

Booma, what about Grained-out beef??? Dang, we've had some really tasty beef that were pasture raised and then grained out. Grain...grass.....Still qualifies as vegetarian beef to me!

Hmmm.... I have no smoker. But you'll recall last year I figured out how to use charcoal on my electric outdoor grill. I suppose if I'm creative enough, I can somehow make it smoke, too. Oh yeah..... at one point last summer my son failed to clean out the bottom for too many uses - we had enough smoke (and flame...) to require use of our fire extinguisher. Does that count????
