but y'all got specialty badass Za making things, heirloom starters for dough, etc.
How could i compete against that !?!
I'm sure your all going to have fun, and make some really good eats.

If I put mine it when temp is max, 1 min is too much lol

yeah, the times i used the KP were like 25-30 sec, rotate, 15-20 seconds more, yank ...

When I did it on my WSM I couldn't get the temp up as much as I would have liked. Still done in about 5 mins though. I'm switching to the kettle though this time around.
 
I brought it up just because it's a pretty specific thing, by it's very nature ...
 
Boss is very particular about language, and said Neapolitan, and not Margherita - which I think would have been a little bit more relaxed ...
 
The whole schtick of Neapolitan pizza is that it's not a relaxed specification, it's narrowly defined ... and the cook temp is a critical component, for sure ...

Good thing Boss usually doesn't vote. I will be making my fake Neopolitan in my oven.
