How do you end the year?
Â
CHEESE!
We always make December BIG, and this year it's the highly anticipated CHEESE Throwdown! Suggested many times over the years, but this will be the 1st!
Â
This is all about showcasing cheese. Do you make the best mac n cheese? Do you make the best grilled cheese? Or a fancier meal, a dessert? How will you get your cheese to speak for the meal?
Â
A few buzzwords come to mind. Ooze, melt, drip, pull, gluttony, excess, extreme.
Â
That's right! This is all about the cheese so make sure it is the highlight of the meal and photographed as so! Can you make your own cheese? Sure! But the point here is to showcase the food we all love...

This is Anything Goes as long as there is cheese, AND the point is to showcase the cheese. Let's see the melt, let's see the drip, let's see the excess! If you go for burgers or pizza instead of a cheese-forward dish, bring the cheese forward! Think outside the box or go with traditional cheesy dishes. All up to you!
