Seafood Sandwich
 
Yup. Seafood is one of the top votes from last year, and the spin is make it a sammie. Lobster roll, crab cake, po' boy (Phil?), fish 'n chips (Jay you got this, right?), blackened, whatever. Make your own bread or not, but remember people LOVE that here. Condiments... sides... whatever, it's all up to you, as long as it's a seafood sandwich! I'd be interested to see if someone can show us something we've never seen before! It will also be interesting to see those classics redone, or just perfected. If the prep pics include actually catching the fish, I bet you'd score some bonus points. First week of September... fishing weather! Alright then. There you have it.
 
For the purposes of this TD:
 
Seafood is defined as:
Fish
Mollusk
Crustacean
 
Sandwich is defined as:
Bread on both sides.
No unleavened flatbreads (Which basically means no tortillas or other unleavened flatbreads, but leavened flatbreads such as pita and naan are welcome. I think we can all agree a taco or burrito is not a sandwich, or the type we want to see here, but something in a pita is acceptable.)
 
I don't care to define it any further than that, the rest is up to you. Judgement call.
 
I can dig it.  Primanti Bros doesn't have a fish sandwich, but after this throwdown they just might.
 
Ahhhhh i get that little hint, the chips on the sammie... hehe. Be careful, don't reveal your secrets too early. That fish 'n chips you posted was the best I've ever seen. Looking forward to see how you sammie it up.
 
Oh I am doing it, I don't care who knows.  Try and beat it, that's what I say.  Also gives me a chance to make my own bread which I always love.  Of course it won't be a true Primaniti, because they only serve sandwiches on sliced bread.  I think this will require a long roll.
