JHP I'm sorry if you took my kidding around as anything other than that. The "rules for posting food on THP" are, if I recall correctly, a lighthearted invention of JayT because of all the ribbing he took. My intention was to use it in the same lighthearted manner.

That sheeit is really heinous.
 
Which is probably why it tastes so good.
 
How the heck does salty fried chips for nachos get into the hippy cooking thread. You can't just toss shrimp in a meal and call it healthy.

Since I got back from Tampa last week all I can think of is that crab cake sauce I had at Crabby Bill's so I whipped up a riff on it to go with some salmon cakes.
 
Here's teh salmon stuff. I snapped the pic just before adding an egg and rolled oats. Salmon, yellow onion, granulated garlic, cilantro and pickled chiltepin.

Easy riff on the sauce. Olive oil mayo, cheapass yellow mustard, and Beaver horseradish. 
 

 
The kung fu is very strong here.
 
This stuff kicks all kine'o'ass and the crabby sauce is my new favorite for seafood.
 

 
The sauce really kicks up the salmon into the stratosphere.
 
Put that sauce on penitentiary food and you'd have to give it 2 Michelin stars.

IMHO - TB makes THE best looking salmon cakes/patties in all the Land!!! (and I grew up eating A LOT of salmon cakes!!!!! haha)

Did you say chorizo?  Rendered out this chorizo and sauteed some of the white part of a green onion.  Dumped it on the tortilla chips with a black beans, mix of cheddar and monty jack, and a diced red savina.  Garnished with green onions.  Bev of choice Tennessee Honey Whiskey on Da Rocks.
