For the record, I like quinoa, but I have to be a little racier for the moment. TB accused me of begin some harsh  5 letter word a few posts back. :crazy:

Trout or salmon together when paired with orange somehow have some special magic.
 
As does duck.
 
I don't know what it is and have no words to really describe it other than to say it is simply incredible.
 
Squeeze the juice on it, or make a butter orange sauce, or better yet, do the orange 'thang and deglaze with Gran Marnier...

But I am biased just a little bit.
 
One of top 'thangs I ever ate in my entire life was Gadwall and Teal duck breast that was fresh shot, rolled in bread crumbs and sauteed in butter, mandarin orange, and Gran Marnier. 
 
The location that it occurred wasn't bad either.
