Ya! I knew anchovy was in all the random things, but I have never just eaten the whole little fish thing like that. Will chew fish soon.
 
Same with sardines... People love that shit, but I just haven't gotten down like that.
 
Loves me the Anchovie ! Capers wrapped in anchovies are bestest ever - I like my anchovie pizza a bit more done though - Not to say I wouldnt be in there like a thong
 
Had to use up some veg last night and just started throwing sheeit into a pot.
 
Ratatouille!
 
Olive earl, chopped yellow onion, garlic, generic Mexican squash, yellow squash, red bell pepper, button mushroom.
 

 
Added a couple cans of hippy organic stewed tomato's, dried basil, and fresh cracked black pepper.
 
Wait! There's no stinkin' heat! 
 
Well damn. Rummaged around in the fridge and found half a bottle of tabasco that had been abandoned. I poured the whole thing in.
 

 
The tabasco with the vinegary zippity doo dah was most excellente'. Not a lot of heat but the flavors really popped and 'sploded in my mouth.
 
Goodern' hell with some trailer park grated parm.

Actually there was some hot sauce called Eagle Wingz Extreme (Chesapeake sauce) and powder in the crabcakes, and I put some of Joyner's 7-pot White powder on my pasta.

Very nice Valentines day dinner Jay T. Here is mine. 
 
pickled hot peppers, caramelized onions, jalapeno havarti cheese and chopped sirloin steak all wrapped in home made chibatta, pressed panini style. Baked hot fries in the background.

I eat sardines on a Ritz type cracker topped with hot sauce, yum. I do remove the spines though.
