What's that light greenish/yellow stuff at the bottom of the taco, TB? Looks like boiled cabbage.

Good eye Sum.

Correctamundo on the cabbage but its just shredded fresh slightly heated on the taco as it sat on the comal.

My almost 10 yo Canon takes some funky pics sometimes.

Y'all stop forgetting to post how you spiced your meals! That's worse than no booze in the TDC!

On that note... good eats up in heya!

Sorry THP, I know I am one of the guilty.  Like the DC, I always have something spicy in my food, whether it is powder or hot sauce, just like most likely I am always drinking when I post here.  I will try to do better.

Fried oysters and Mahi both loaded with our Thai Blend in the breading. The dish was completed by a small dose of our kicked up slaw and a cocktail sauce we make that is like nothing you have ever tasted...in a good way.

Chris, I think that is the best photo in the whole thread. +10000000

JHP + mahi + oysters = MONEY!

I've worked a quite a bit in construction.

Heaps of vendors in the construction industry often have a popcorn machine dispensing free popcorn for their contractor customers.

I want a dispenser like that puts out fried mahi and oysters like JHP.

And a machine that spits out lemon and lime wedges too.

I want those machines set up right next to my Lazy-Boy.

Between my hot tub and that sheeit I'd never leave the house.

Hahahaha a lazy hippy. I can see you just sitting there polishing your thumb ring to keep you occupied between feedings.
