What in the hell do you do with leftover quinoa?

Get yer' bad 'sef some mini portabellas, drizzle some olive oil on 'em and season with kosher salt. Then throw 'em into the oven @350 for 5 minutes.
Nice use of mushrooms and red quinoa, seems nearly to see pomegranate!

Huh?

I removed the stems, see the first pic.

I've stuffed mushrooms with all kine' o stuff a zillion times.

Odd that I never posted that much with them.

Oh CRAP! HAHAHAHA!

That pic in the pan is a mind f^&*! Seriously... stare at it and the holes turn into stems, as if the very botton is the top of the stem... and then in the finished pic, that one in the middle looks like it too, I was like why you just slapped it on the stems? Thanks for the mind F^*%!

NOW they look delish.

Too funny but looking back at the pic I think you are at least half correct.

I should have taken a paring knife and run it on the inside edge of the cap and removed more of the base of the stem as seen as the lighter colored parts. Removing that I could have stuffed in quite a bit more.

Duly noted and filed for later use.

Scovie, TB's pic is trippier.

Stare and watch the stems appear.

I have looked at it, stared at it, blurred my eyes, tilted my head, tilted my head while blurring my eyes, closed one eye, even held my breath until almost passing out, and I just see the fins in the shroom cap.

I'll have two of whatever you're having!

Make it 4. I can't make any stems appear either!

Thanks to TB's pics in the first post I decided to do up some shrimp tacos tonight. I'd never tried shrimp tacos before, but will definitely be having them more often! Holy crap that's some good stuff!
Wife picked up a couple of pounds of shrimp on her way home form work, peeled then deveined them then seasoned with a little sea salt and some lemon drop powder-

Made up a quick batch of Thai style sweet chilli sauce last night to go with it. Came out pretty dang nice for a simple recipe-

Wanted to go pretty basic for my first time so just some shredded lettuce and sliced red onion to go with it-

End result-

Thanks TB! This will definitely be a regular from now on.
