TB.... Usted es un cabron!!!!

Gracias a usted,  Yo gastar mucho dinero en preparar deliciosos platillos desde que sigo este foro

Many things to do here, I need to try...

Black Betty is always good to you!!

I think the key to that dish is the use of Gulf Skrimps instead of "imported" farmed ones.
It's the only way to go...worth every penny more it costs!

LD, I had one of those Bayless Bags...not too bad for pre-packaged stuff. Very family friendly too, everyone liked it.
(and really convenient!)

I don't buy that offshore southeast Asian farmed crap.

I done heard they use Mekong river water to make jenkem.

On another note....Black Tiger shrimps are a relatively new invasive species that are now showing up on the 3rd coast.

They're voracious predators and compete for food with native shrimp populations as well as prey on other shrimp.

Years ago we used to get them at the stores in Alaska.

Back then there was no labeling on them as being farmed, which nowadays they are in SEA.

But man they are huge, sweet, and have a most excellente' shrimp flavor.

Remember Paul Hogan's "shrimp on the barbie.."?

Yep.

That's what they were.

Chingalingus.

Much appreciated LuckyDog... it was swordfish.... tasted fantastic.... thinking of grabbing some more next week end.....

Shrimp tacos.

Just because.

Texas shrimps, olive oil, garlic, Huy Fong sriracha, corn tore tillah's, shredded cabbage, and jalapeno crema.

Couldn't find my man/fish ring dadgummit!

The 'peno crema rocks and is a mantasticle compliment to the sriracha shrimps.

Goodern' sheeit.

Essi I am diggin' that big time!

What is a faulty reaper?

Probably I'd dig into those peas first, then the squid, then the eggplant, and get a little of that tomato sheeit on each bite.

Por favor but could I also get a wedge of pecorino on the side?

I meant a plant of carolina reaper that has not grown true. of all plants that i'm growing that is the only strange hybrid (along the other reaperi'm gorwing that maybe is not perfect but hot for sure). That pod had a coarse surface and was indeed hotter than other with a smooth surface from the same plant.
Of course you can have pecorino! :D

I thought Italians freaked out over cheese and fish. I sure don't. There are many times it just works.
