My wife had a flat early in the morning, she ended up doing 62 miles. Nothing like changing a tube in the dark. Luckily it was near a ranch with a street light and protective horse statues.

Ran another 5k yesterday. Time was just slightly off from my last two but I've added in a lot of weights last week and cant complain too much. My garmin forerunner 735XT helped out a lot with mileage and timing. Way better than my polar heart rate monitor since this reads everything from your wrist. Can't beat it!

Today's ride to Blegos, approx. 1500m high.... it was a nice ride, but almost too cold at times.. the weather is freaky for mid august.... we had only 8°C in the morning... wtf ?!?

Ran my best 5K yesterday by 3 minutes and got my best mile time of 11 minutes and 30 seconds. Got a 37.12 in the hottest most humid 5k since i started, so many damn hills and was brutal but managed to get everything to come together and click. I'm sure it had to do with me running towards the shade every time the sun started to hit me haha!
