Holy f**k, I gotta get outta that circus side show in HBT.
 
Drinkin hhwiskey and helping in the kitchen.
 
Christi is drinkin tequila and making Tomato, Garlic, Chile Dipping Oil. Sounds good but I don't really know yet what it's all about. LOL
 
I needed to make a ¼ C of chile flakes for her so, instead of using ALL of the rest of our Cayennes, I used some New Mexicos as filler. haha but they need to be toasted first. Literally. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: 
 
ALL ingredients from the garden, except the New Mexicos. BOOM!

So, she warmed the EVOO and put the paper thin garlic slices in, for a while... Then turned up the heat until the garlic was basically fried. mmmmm garlic chips.
 
Then she did a bunch of other stuff.
 
After that, she let it cool and motor boated it all, adding the garlic chips back in. It's hot! ( a correction from earlier, it was ⅓ C. of Chile flakes she needed)
 
Apparently, our dinner will be crusty bread and this awesome oil, chile oil stuff. noice!
