Penne tossed in a rocoto marinara & dusted with cotija, dungeoness crabcakes spiked with diced aji amarillo & molded with penko bread crumbs, garic bread made with fresh Vienna roll split and toasted with freshly minced garlic and french butter, and sliced cucumbers with a french onion/hummus spread dusted with gochu.

Costco has the best lamb, and the best deals on lamb in my area. Whole butchered NZ lambs are $100, and Australian rib chop racks fluctuate between $15-$22, depending on market prices. Halal as well, so my Muslim brothers don't have to skip out on any meals or parties I throw.

Dungeoness crabs in season, which started early November in Cali, are always low price during the first few months of the season.

I shop for the deals, man, and in this instance, Costco delivered the goods!
