in the plated pic, the dark sausage is a blood sausage?
 you know it
and the portion to the rest of the meats is right my style  :drooling:

i couldn't eat like that daily anymore, but giveme an angover mornin or some sheet that i aven't done stupid in years  :P
omg breakfast can be a great big bowl of; week old  menudo or freshmade, and grilled morcilla right off the grill, and i would appreciate both equally   :metal:

not everything eaten that is less common is delicious, but...
somethings are love/hate for a reason
imo, some flavors are just absolutely delicious to some, yet sadly others don't appreciate it  even a little bit.  :eh:
like, wat are you talkin' bout' ?
not gonna stop me from enjoying those distinct flavors that only some apparently really appreciate

i actually salivate at first sight of most of your posts if i havent already started  :drooling:  from just reading the description
i mean this 100%

and i might even try to mug a trash panda
just to get your leftovers
if it came down to it
LMAO

keep doin what your doin man
i aven't seen you post anything i wouldn't eat, but some things i would even wait in a Long line for reheated leftovers of just to get to try it
y'all know what i'm sayn'  :drooling:  :drooling:  :drooling:  :drooling:  :drooling:

Thanks for the kind words, GIP! I never really think about morcilla, tripe, heart, tongue, liver, etc. as strange food in any way, since I grew up eating it.

My wife is the exact same way. She grew up eating all of the things I mentioned as well, plus some Viet foods that even I had a hard time getting used to. Durian took me over 12 years to acquire a taste for, but I actually like it now.

My dads side of the family and their friends always made German style blood sausage. I never did get a taste for it. Korean sundae is the only one that comes close for me but its not something i would order. Ive never tried any Spanish or South American kinds but im just not a fan of anything that tastes remotely like liver. I used to like rumaki until i ate too much and got sick. Now anything with that aroma or flavor is just....ewwww

Cheese sacchettini tossed in a rocoto/sweet italian sausage/roasted tomato sauce, roasted butternut squash drizzled with local wildfower honey & dusted with S&P, and some steamed baby artichokes.

His and hers plates

I got back from my work trip to México last might. The Mrs. was itching for some of my cooking, after being gone all week, so I made one of her favorite meals.

Pan seared lamb cutlets dusted with peach ghost salt, steamed broccolini, and pearl cous cous with garlic/butter/ground shiitake.

It's great to be home, but the view from my hotel room balcony certainly was pleasant to look out of every morning!

IDK how that worked either!

I was able to eat at any of these restaurants on the resort, as much as I wanted for the 4 days. The food was the ( . Y . )

All you can drink at all of the bars too
