It all looks fantastic, as usual. A couple of questions / comments:
 
Question 1 (hypothetical): If I'm in town, can I come for dinner?
 
Question 2 (real): where did the left over lamb go? 
 
Comment 1: Damn(!), you're shaming us all. (I love beets of any variety!)
 
Comment 2: I'm now going to have to pull out one of the frozen legs of lamb on the weekend I keep in the freezer for such occasions...  :lol:
 
Pappardelle tossed in a veal/san marzano sauce, and a garden salad with roasted golden beets topped with an aji limo vinaigrette & dusted with black sesame seeds.

Also, a durian for dessert

Jumbo shells stuffed with ricotta & italian cheeses, smothered in San Marzano/rocoto/beef sauce, covered with cheese, and baked until brown bubbles formed. Garden salad with an aji limo vinaigrette.

I don't know if you watch Mark Weins but he's been in Peru and I thought of you when I saw this dish. The guy is making Sudado and it looks freaking awesome. I might need to try this.
