Sometimes a man makes himself an epic plate of Q. This is that time

3" thick slab of beef ribs, slowly roasted over kingsford and apple wood. Weber roasted potatoes & corn, dusted with merkén, and chorizo argentino. Genererous slurry of aji limo spiked chimichurri for dunking all of that meat into.

This thread never disappoints me (except for calling attention to my lack of such culinary acumen.) Bravo GCM, bravo! If there was a "like all posts" button offered here, I would click it. Keep on cooking/posting!
Thanks man! I've been going low carb since August 1st, so no pasta/rice/potatoes/bread/flour etc...

I can still eat meat, plus it forces me to be a bit more creative with my side dishes.

Charcoal grilled jerk style chicken kabobs(chicken thighs marinated with scotch bonnets/garlic/olive oil/S&P/5 spice/garam masala) sprinkled with black sesame seeds, rocoto spiked salsa criolla, mixed greens topped with sliced garden tomatoes & drizzled with aji limo vinaigrette, and fried garden okra.

Thanks man! It's definitely tough not to use flour/corn meal/batter on the okra. I just fried the okra without any batter, and it still came out really well.

One of the local Indian joints just fries it without batter. Some of the best okra ive eaten actually but i dont like okra.
