Whats wrong with getting the dudes plate and sending him the fine in the mail! Now he gets charged for taping police without consent, what a load of bollocks. Some cops think that they own the whole entire freakin world and whats worse they get away with that way of thinking. They are there to serve and protect not pull you over and threaten you with a firearm. I don't care how he was riding his bike that should have never happened.

Just saw the video, this is BS!!!! How did the state police man miss a helmet camera looking at him???? DUH! I am in amazed that they even think they can get away with taking the man's computers and camera, what happened to people have rights? I usually tend to abide by the laws but this is just plain ridiculous. I hope the guy fights it all the way, wins and sues the bejabbers out of him.
