A friend of mine does art work like this for his job.

He sent me a pic of a "Happy Pickle" he did for a restaurant chain. He also does T-shirt designs and screen printing. It would take about that long to get a design drawn up to a professional standard if that was the way you wan to go.

He's a Texan too if that helps
