Just did a test run for our idea. This one is a whole family affair. Salsakid came up with the idea, Salsadude and I refined the idea, I executed the first draft....kicked it up a couple notches.... we are ON OUR WAY!
And, amazingly, I didn't even serve it on a bun, only the burger itself and we all liked it. We all ate it. A few more tweaks.....
Sorry, geeme or Joey or whoever it was that said "as long as it looks good" ...this one delivers on taste and the presentation will follow suite.

Yep - getting the fam involved always makes it extra-special. Double knuckle-bump to salsakid! You're just on your first test run? Sheesh! But I'm with you - my test runs have also been burgers solo - no amount of condiments or sides will help a ho-hum burger - and even my first was given the double thumbs-up by my "panel of test kitchen experts." The ostrich will round things out quite nicely!

Yet even Keith Richards is on public record as admitting that Phil Keaggy is THE WORLD's top guitarist, and Phil is well-known as a fanatic about practicing. (Heck, he even had a finger he considered "too long" shaved down - that's someone serious about his guitar!) So Keaggy... Richards? Keaggy... Richards? Think we'll stick with Keaggy - thank you very much!
Hmm, maybe we should change this from "vets vs. newbs" to "practicers-with-secret-weapons vs..... whatever"!
