Very nice Tony - great colors on a sweet looking plate. I'm still a bit away from getting any pods up here. My Japones and Numex Big Jim have pods forming - both overwintered. Your Fatalii and Jonah are both coming along nicely!

Nice harvest Tony...I like your ideas for their usage...

Watching you warm guys post pictures of your harvest's in May is going to make this a very long summer for us slower gowers.

Best of luck to you.:)

+1!

I'm getting all excited just watching my first buds form and my first forks begin, can't wait till I'm eating pods. Of cours, this may well be a few months:lol:.

Thanks Gents!I'm sure you'll all be swimming in pods soon!
We have had something like 15 days of rain in a row,it does have it's downside here. It's a bit early for our rainy season(June 1)I've had a lot of bud drop with the wet and cool nites.Nice and sunny today, but AC is on the fritz!Good timing for a long weekend!Might as well work outside,I have a lot of empty Pro-mix bags to fill witg yard trimmings from the jungle.Try to clear the side-yard for more pepper plants!

Tony please buddy all that pod porn so early in the season,Well done nice to have some hot rewards and the pods look terrific :)

Scov, as far as the dominicas go, I'd make a tropical hot sauce. Ive made a good one with garlic, ginger, onions and red habs all sauteed together, then into enough 1/2 and 1/2 distilled and apple cider vinegar to cover. Boil with some salt, black pepper, and mustard seeds for 10 or so minutes, then into the blender with a couple of mangos. I took a pint bottle of it to work, and even though it's hotter than most folks there are comfortable with, the bottle is nearly gone after 2 weeks.

Ideas on those Dominicans? You could always donate them to charity...

Btw, did I mention that charity organization I just started?

Thanks 5Star,I'd better figure something out soon!More on the way!I have some ripening papayas I might use instead...As long as I can cook them first...They taste like dogs a** otherwise!(according to my neighbor)I'm looking to do a proper mash this year but I'm still researching,I didn't expect pods sio early...The Dominicans grew well thru the winter here,by far the healthiest plant(take note northern and southern growers)It's also showing no signs of slowing, packed with pods, buds, compact plant.A lot of nice features, sorry,I had a computer crash earlier this year and lost the supplier,But please chime in and THanks!Highly recommended!
