Too Hot

I make a delicious pot a mixed barbeque beans for our cookouts. However, todays beans were tooooo hot. Along with my other hot spices and seasonings, I put in rotel tomatoes but they were the extra hot kind, by mistake. What can I do to cool off these beans? They are yummy but my family can't eat them because they are too hot.

Hey Hey Bevans! A load of sugar is always good! not sure what it will do to the taste of your beans though???? Trial a small sample first and see how you go.

I'd simply add more beans. That won't interfere with the taste, it'll just make the heat spread over more food.

Welcome To the forum and as Chiliac says more beans is always good,I use a mixture of pinto and kidney :)
