Traits of the TS Morouga...

I have noticed that 5 of the 5 TS Morouga plants I have growing have distinctly purple stems, leaf stalks, and viens...WAY More so than any of the other plants around them. I know purple is just a plants defense mechanismfor sunlight but it stands out. Would anyone with some Morouga plants mind going and taking a look at them to see if it's just me?
 
Wow, just sat down for like 3 ours last night and went on an aphid hunt through my pepper jungle and noticed that the only green parts of my biggest morouga plant are the leaves and the very bottom of the stem. Everything else is dark purple! The contrast is amazingly beautiful!
