Trippaul Threat (PdN x BMJ) Community Grow

This is a dedicated grow log for Tristen's awesome cross, which I
have been growing out since 2014.  I'll start with a bit of history and
some photos documenting what's happened so far.

In January of 2014, Tristen (Trippa) sent me a little care package of seeds.
In the package were two generations of a cross he had made, which he just
called 'Mystery Cross, F1' and 'Mystery Cross, F2'.

Here's Trippa's Mystery Cross seedlings in February of 2014:

Both generations showing the purple foliage characteristic since the beginning.

Up close look at Trippa's Mystery Crosses, F1 and F2.  Both culled to a single
plant after the photo taken, so I only had one plant of each generation:

Edit says hi.
I wonder if the intense sun here helps whiten them? I looked at mine today and most are looking yellow, and a few older pods have gone pretty close to white. They don't get as white as the white Bhut from Walkgood, but close. Been raining today, will try to get a pic soon..

I don’t know what’s up. I used to get nice,
large white pods when I grew out the F3 - F6
generations. Will just have to wait and see what
happens down the road. Now wondering what
the F8 Yellow will produce

Trippaul Threat F8 White. These early small pods are
a light yellow. Waiting to see if the Summer season
brings forth some white pods:

The picture makes the pods look lighter than they
are really.

this little guy went on my trip from coastal virgina to the middle of Kentucky. to its new home in my gf's dads garden. seems to like it. new leaves were produced before I left.

The runty early pods on my F8 Trippaul Threat yellow
are going through a lime green color change. Maybe
this strain will continue to produce the small yellow pods.

Is my tripple threat yellow supposed to be white? I assume no..haha Pics incoming
No telling, Rich. The F7 yellow pod-producing
plant was an anomaly last season. It was supposed
to produce white pods. It looks like my F8 yellow will
make yellow pods, at least so far.

Looking forward to seeing what yours produces.

A small early pod from the F8 ‘yellow’:

i left this on the plant a long time, but this is
as light as it got. When it first was fully ripe,
it was a bit darker yelllow. There are some nice
pods coming along, will be interested in seeing
how they turn out.

Three of my Trippaul Threat v2 F3 in one ten gallon pot.
The two in back have the purple foliage, but the one in
front is all green, even the stems. There are some nice
pods on the bagged plant, but no isolated ones, yet.

Looks like two isolated pods on the Trippaul Threat v2 F3 #3.
