URGENT!!CUSTOMS?

I never send bubble packs because it gives customs something to look for. Just get some small bubble wrap and cut off a strip and wrap the seeds in it, tape them to a piece of paper and then mail them in a regular envelope. Done this many times mailing to the world (including all over Australia) with no problems.

you're lucky philipperv - everything aside from envelopes that I get has been searched by customs. They leave a note saying what they took out. One recent order all I got was shirts & hats  they even removed his photos :eh:

Wow! This clears up a lot. I got some seeds that were nothing but broken bits. I assumed the sender was just inconsiderate, but it must have been the rollers.Damn.

Did your seeds come OK AJ?

Yes sir, they came through good. I sent some T. Scorpion seeds to someone and they said they were broken to pieces like you say but most of the seeds I have received through the mail have made it ok.

I recieved some 7-pot seeds months ago that were broken into bits and somehow 3 or 4 germinated. I was very surprised and now I know not to give up on these. Bubble envelopes are more expensive but save you sending seeds twice or save having a dissapointed reciever.

Damn it. I need to bring in speakers for my work computer! (like I need more distractions)

Yeah AJ, now that you mention it, the seeds you sent me were powder. You were doing me a favor so I didn't want to complain! Maybe in texas (where everything is BIGGER right?) maybe they have the HUGE rollers that crush up any seeds going out of state.

I planted them anyways, but I did PM someone else for some more dorset nagas, it would break my heart if those didn't come up!

From now on I will use bubble wrap.

Oh Hell! I just sent Passow 2 Hab Ales, the lady posted "Fragile" (I think that's Italian) on them, they were definitely padded, but they would not survive being dropped off of the back of a truck onto the pavement.

Cheezy, I think I have some more if you need them and would be glad to send them except this time I will bubble wrap them or something else to protect them.

Very kind AJ, I will check on that and let you know! I would have said something sooner, I just didn't want to look a gift horse in the mouth!

no problem my friend...if I ever trade or give seeds that don't make it in good condition, please let me know and I will try and remedy it...

would have loved to see them lay out a line or two and snort it...roflmao..
