Kinky Dan.

The only documented "hands on Bear's buns" featured a Thai Pirate Hooker.

You can see the delight in her facial expression.

Where is Bear? That guy...

The 2 crab burgers dueling, 8 a piece.

Thought I'd share that Roo meat is available through Marx foods. About $18 to $30 a pound depending on cut. They ship in 10 pound package. Booma, I must say I'm curious about the roo.

Good luck to TB and 3/5, you guys are running away with it

Wow - so many creative, tasty, and beautiful entries! It was so hard for me to choose one! Kind of like "What do I like better - purple or coffee?"!!!! hahaha Tons of diversity! I actually got full just reading thru the descriptions. Big applause to everyone's hard work!!!

But in the end, my vote went to TB. Just looking at that crab burger put me in a state of pure joy!!!! Thanks TB! :D

Glasnost on hold, couldn't vote for the Russkie crab, though the photos and presentation were simply amazing.

Actually, it was the drool from the 'brain' on the tasty looking homemade bun broke the tie. So going 3/5ths of the way with my vote:

A whole bunch of fantastic looking burgers, and a Thai hooker giving Bear a reach-behind.... How can this ThrowDown get any better!?

Well we used to get roo for about $3 to $4 a pound, but then recently jumped up to about $8 a pound. Its a very lean meat, high in protein, tastes great but does have a distinct smell, best cooked medium, medium/rare

Sweet! I always like a homemade bun... but then TB got the hollandaise.... tit for tat? We'll see.

Oh 3/5 has pickles, onion, and special sauce all Big Mac lookin'. What is that sauce?? I like the prep pics wish I saw more in the presentation and a better descrip.

Damn, looked at each burger at least three times, and still can’t decide, so back for another round!

Sic and LB I’d like to thank you guys for your votes also.

Boss, the sauce is made from; Mayo, Fresh squeezed lemon, finely chopped red onion, a little minced garlic, Chili Powder, about a tsp of LDHS Red Label, salt, cracked three pepper and a little bit of RedTailForester's Wild Powder Mix. Going for the Tangy south west taste.

Turned out perfect.

I wanted to put more description but I was coming down to the wire. My computer is as slow as Scovie getting out of bed Monday morning..

Thanks for the vote DawgBite. The chicken and waffles were delish I'm glad you rekonized!

3/5, not the way to garner those last hanging votes.
