And yours is my 2nd favorite dish lol. I ALWAYS order both dishes when I go out with my family. Generals and Mongolian.

I love spring rolls, duck noodles and most of all pineapple fried rice although i like curry in mine.
 
Thems some damn good looking spring rolls too.

I went with mongolian beef because I've been craving it since TD. Though the general tsos is killer. Was thinking about smoking some legs then frying and tossing in the sauce. Bet it would be killer

Big B went big. All these meals look great, but my fat kid dreams would come true with that spread.

I like General Tso's but i seldom order it. One place does a fish version i really like. What i did like though is you used whole peppers and lots of ginger in yours. All my favorite local places dont use crushed. They leave them whole and stir fry them just to season the oil. One place does a simple celery beef that way and its amazing the flavor they get out of the celery and peppers. It has no sauce in the typical sense.
 
Kung Pao Chicken is my weakness for takeout style or hot braised if its exceptionally good.
